Ghostrunner is an action platformer game developed by Polish studio One More Level and published by 505 Games and All in! Games SA, additionally co-developed by Slipgate Ironworks. Set in a cyberpunk setting, the game follows the eponymous protagonist as he travels through the gigantic Dharma Tower in an attempt to take down the tyrannical Keymaster.
The Game was initially released on PS4, Xbox One and various PC platforms (notably Steam, Epic and GOG) on 27 October 2020 and on the Nintendo Switch a month later, then being ported to the PS5 and Xbox series X/S in September 2021. The game also released four pieces of low price cosmetic DLC throughout late 2020 and 2021 (the Winter Pack, Metal OX Pack, Neon Pack and Halloween Pack) alongside a digital soundtrack and artbook released in September 2021. During this time, 505 Games acquired exclusive rights to the IP from All in! Games and announced One More Level had begun development on a sequel in March 2021.
On 3rd March 2022, the game released its final DLC and only story expansion, Ghostrunner: Project_Hel. Taking the form of a prequel set just prior to the events of the base game, the DLC sees players take control of the base game's enigmatic second boss and work to neutralise a would-be rebellion at the Keymaster's behest, and features all new levels, enemy types, collectibles, bosses alongside an alternate set of abilities and upgrades for the protagonist.
In May 2023 the first trailer for Ghostrunner 2 was released, with the game itself releasing on 26th October 2023, a day short of it's 3 year anniversary, on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC platforms, developed by One More Level and published by 505 Games. Set one year after the events of the first game, this sequel follows Jack's attempts to combat a faction known as the Asura and the cult-like following they have amassed amongst the tower's inhabitants, venturing beyond the confines of Dharma Tower in the process.

The game takes place in the future, after a global cataclysm where the remains of humanity live in a tower built by The Architect, who died mysteriously years ago. Everyone knows the truth, no one says it aloud.
The world ruled by The Keymaster is harsh. A person's worth depends on the category of implants they have, defining their whole lives. The implants—given to them in childhood—determine which social group a person belongs to. If you weren't lucky enough to get a good life, there is nothing you can do.
It's no surprise that a rebellion starts.
You are a cyber-warrior, the only one capable of fighting both in the physical world and in cyberspace. Lost and hunted, thrown into the middle of the conflict, you must use this bond with technology to ascend the tower.
As you climb higher, secrets are revealed. The clock starts ticking on a race to uncover the mystery behind the structure that houses humanity's last hope. Solve the riddle or be killed—there is no other option.
